FOCO- An integrative program for clarity, serenity, and direction.
If you feel that something in your life needs to shift, this program can help you understand what is happening, regain clarity and serenity, and recognise what direction your life is asking for now.
Because sometimes what you need is not just reflection, but a clearer direction and a structured process that helps you move forward in a real and meaningful way.

Program Structure
What is the FOCO Program?
The aim is for each person to complete the process with:
a clear understanding of their current situation
key decisions identified
a renewed personal narrative
a concrete action plan
The FOCO Program is designed for people who feel they have lost direction in life and need to pause, understand what is happening, and realign their life with greater clarity.
How long it last?
5 live individual sessions
4 offline-format sessions
3 practical reflection exercises
Estimated total duration of the process: 7 weeks
The process is structured into 3 blocks
-
Objective
To gain a clear understanding of the person’s current situation. What we work on
We review the main areas of life, such as:work
relationship
family
personal well-being
purpose
enjoyment
life direction
The aim is not to analyse everything, but to see clearly where the real imbalance lies today.
Tools
clarity map
Gestalt techniques
reflection exercises
Expected outcome
The person completes the session with a more structured understanding of their current life stage and greater clarity about the areas that need attention or change. -
Objective
To identify whether part of the current blockage may stem from unresolved past experiences or acquired patterns that continue to shape the present. What we work on
This session is not about doing deep therapeutic work on the past, but about clearly identifying which elements from the past are still active today. For example:
experiences that still carry emotional weight
repeated patterns
unresolved wounds
events that continue to affect the way the person decides or relates to others
Tools
somatic techniques to understand the origin of the blockage
EMDR techniques focused on active past experiences
Expected outcome
The person leaves the session with:one or two important blocks identified
a clearer understanding of their possible origin
greater clarity about why certain difficulties keep repeating
BLOCK 1. PRESENT & PAST
-
Objective
To identify the decisions that can begin to unlock the future the person wants to create. What we work on
We explore:what they truly want
what they are avoiding deciding
which fears are holding back movement
which future scenarios are most aligned with their truth
Tools
guided visualisation
transpersonal psychology techniques
decision-making exercises
exploration of possible paths
Expected outcome
The person leaves the session with two or three key decisions clearly identified. -
Offline format
Objective
To reflect on the identity from which the person is living today and the one they need to develop in order to sustain their new direction. What we work on
We explore ideas such as:who I have been until now
which role I have been holding
who I need to start becoming
which parts of me no longer fit the life I want
Tools
Gestalt-based identity exercises
guided reflection
Psychosynthesis visualisation based on Assagioli’s approach
work around purpose and personal direction
Expected outcome
The person gains greater inner coherence and clarity about the version of themselves they want to begin inhabiting. -
Objective
To create space to integrate everything that has been worked on so far, recognising which changes are beginning to take shape, which ones need adjustment, and how to sustain this new direction in a real and coherent way. What we work on
We review aspects such as:which changes have already started to unfold
how the person is experiencing that process
which decisions feel truly aligned
which changes are realistic at this stage
what needs to be adjusted so the process can be sustained over time
Tools
guided review of the process
observation of change and resistance
Gestalt-based integration questions
reflection on coherence and sustainability
intuitive guidance to support the next phase
Expected outcome
The person gains clarity about which changes they are already able to sustain, which ones need to be adjusted, and the most realistic way to keep moving forward. -
Offline format
Objective
To deepen the personal meaning behind the changes the person wants to make, so that their new direction is not based only on external goals, but on a deeper, more stable, and more coherent inner motivation. What we work on
We explore aspects such as:why they truly want to change
what this process means in their life
the kind of life they want to build
the connection between their decisions and something deeper than a specific goal
how to bring a fuller sense of meaning to the changes they want to sustain
Tools
guided personal purpose exercise
written reflection on meaning and direction
visualisation of a coherent life
depth-oriented questions
exercise to reconnect with life direction
Expected outcome
The person gains a deeper understanding of the meaning behind their process and a stronger inner foundation to sustain real, coherent, and lasting change.
BLOCK 2. FUTURE
-
Objective
To translate everything explored throughout the process into concrete and realistic action. What we work on
We define:the first steps to take
the decisions that now need to be carried out
the conversations that are still pending
the changes the person wants to begin sustaining
Tools
a simple coaching-based action plan
prioritisation of next steps using Psychosynthesis techniques
a short-term roadmap
process closure
Expected outcome
The person completes the process with:clarity about what to do now
clear priorities
an initial roadmap
